Affordable shared housing solutions, located throughout NJ for low-income single adults. In a shared living environment single adults 21+ of various demographics live together as a single housekeeping unit for an indeterminate period of time. Individuals must be able to attend to all activities of daily living, as there are no services provided. All service needs will be outsourced to 3rd party health care or other service providers. Proof of income to cover monthly fees required. All utilities included, access to internet & laundry facilities. Must remain alcohol & drug free.
