"Latter House provides housing solutions for single individuals in a shared living environment. We serve persons who are homeless or on the verge of being homeless, seniors, veterans, battered women, adults with mild mental illnesses, etc... We offer all inclusive semi private/private rooms at an affordable rate in a drug and alcohol free environment. Latter House also offers Wi-FI, On-site Laundry, Landline Phone, Cable in the Living Area of home with Roku TV’s in all bedrooms. In addition, all Utilities are Included (Electricity, Water, and Gas). We accept Private pay, SSI, SSDI, and any Community help.
