Shelter for women and women with children. Not a domestic violence victim shelter. Not suited for women with active substance abuse issues. May enroll in a program intended to help them out of homelessness.
Refuge of Hope is a nonprofit, Christ centered shelter for displaced women with children located in Richmond, IN. Our services are free. We welcome all but our services are focused on Wayne County and the surrounding areas.
