General Information:
?Hope House is a six-bed, short-term emergency shelter for youth ages 14 –19 who are experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness.?
We are an 24/7/365 operating shelter, for a referral give us a call at 612-900-?2077.
Hope House is the only youth shelter located West of Highway 100 in the Greater Twin Cities. Skilled in trauma-informed care, staff help youth and young adults work through , secure community resources, and plan for the next step on their journey. Working one-to-one with a case manager, youth identify and develop their own strength-based plans. A
t Hope House,
youth gain self-sufficiency and independence. Whenever possible, goals include family reconciliation and reunification.?
