*** During Covid 19 We are presently “sheltering in place” at a hotel with our current guests. We are still providing 24 hour supervision and meals, so your donation is more important than ever! Our overnight shelter is temporarily closed and will re-open when the emergency ends. If you are in need of shelter, please call Catholic Charities at (270) 852-8328. They will arrange shelter for you. CrossRoads to Hope Shelter has provided refuge to more than 400 homeless women and children. As the only walk-in emergency overnight shelter for homeless women and children in Owensboro/Daviess County, CrossRoads to Hope fills a vital missing link in our community’s continuum of care for this underserved, yet growing demographic. Guests are served a hot meal and provided safe shelter between the hours of 7:00 pm and 7:00 am. There is no application process and no wait time. Women need only to walk in to be served. CrossRoads to Hope can only remain open with your help & generosity. We do not receive state or federal funding, we operate purely on donations.
