We offer shared, clean and sober, transitional housing at an affordable price. We accept both men and women, individuals from incarceration, DOC vouchers, self-pay, and payments from organizations. Visit our website for more information and to apply online now!
Our housing is completely furnished with the following items provided in addition to furniture: Clean linens and bedding High speed internet * Basic local phone * Netflix * Additional items on a case by case basis *subject to restrictions and disciplinary actions* The only items the tenant is expected to furnish are their own clothing, toiletries and food. Our tenants range from: Early prison releases from federal, state and county facilities Mental health outpatients Treatment program releases Low level sex offenders Homeless applicants Anyone who could benefit from our housing The Application Process Each applicant is vetted prior to application approval for the appropriateness of the requested address, their specific needs, their payment source and what their individual goals and life plans are. All applicants are provided a copy of the clean and sober house rules and general policies regarding our expectations of conduct while residing with us. The applicant signs to concur with their observation of the house rules, approval is granted and the tenant moves in.

Helpful Definitions For Fresh Start Housing:
Transitional housing is affordable supportive housing designed to provide housing and appropriate support services to persons who are homeless
or who are close to homelessness. The transition is to help them be more self sufficient to move towards independent living on their own. Transitional housing locations are oftentimes called Halfway Houses. The naming of the two (Halfway House OR Transitional House) is oftentimes interchangeable.
Many Transitional Housing programs are subsidized and are income based. Income based transitional housing generally charges 30% of your income for rent when you do have income. Contact the transitional housing facility to see if this applies.
Services provided at transitional housing facilities varies from substance abuse treatment, to psychological assistance, job
training, domestic violence assistance, etc. The assistance provided varies, but it is generally affordable and low cost housing. Read the descriptions of each
of the transitional living locations for more detailed information. Transitional housing facilities also may or may not assist with alcohol and/or drug substance abuse treatment.
