Location: Enter on the SE side of Mitchell Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Low Barrier shelter - Must be a couple, or woman, age 18 or older. - Must get a reservation to stay at this location. To get a reservation call 503-280-4700 OR visit Transitions Project Day Center at 650 NW Irving in Portland. *** Pets are allowed. You must take care of your pet y ouself.
