General Information:
RISE Recovery Community provides post-treatment services to people ages 18 and up who are in recovery from drugs and alcohol. This includes supportive housing for those who have successfully completed detox treatment, and a 5-Phase RISE Program to ensure participants’ success in transitioning back into society as healthy, productive citizens. At the heart of all RISE meetings and sober activities is Club RISE, where members and the public can congregate.

Supportive Housing Programs that provide an alternative living arrangement for individuals who, because of age, disability, substance abuse, mental illness, chronic homelessness or other circumstances, are unable to live independently without care, supervision and/or support to help them in the activities of daily living; or who need access to case management, housing support, vocational, employment and other services to transition to independent living.
