The WARM (Westerly Area Rest Meals) Shelter is a 19-bed facility designed to help homeless men and women who suffer from a variety of circumstances. The mission of WARM is to provide a continuum of care and service to the homeless and needy by pr oviding affordable housing and assuring supportive services, and to help the homeless and needy build self-esteem and move toward independent and responsible living.
