Discipleship Phase 12 months 1) Training program 2) Counseling program 3) Support program 4) Goal setting Student housing; Outstretched Arms provides meals, etc. There is daily Biblical teaching and instruction, in a structured disciplined environment. Godly principles are instilled and applied.
Transition Phase 6 months 1) Resources 2) Life skills 3) Goal Analysis 4) Support & Counseling Student continues to live on premises while functioning in society. Assistance in housing; job searching; money management; and organizational skills.
