Class of Housing/Services: transitional housing for veterans.

General Information:
 The Veterans Transitional Program is designed to provide the veteran with a safe affordable and structured enviroment conducise to positive behavior modification and the ability to identify, develop and implement coping skills, human relation skills and employability skills within the context of their daily lives. The purpose of our program is to address the deteriorating personal and social conditions within our communities caused by neglect, abandoment and crime.These issues are having a profound negative and harmful effect on individuals, families and communities at large. As a mission driven organization- Madison Chase understand the importance of our leadership role as it relates to our clients and other services providers. Our staff is deeply committed to the work we do and the opportunity to create a better social enviroment, where we all can be successful Madison Chase work on issues related to society's most important challenges in breaking the cycle of poverty, substance abuse, drug dependence and poor education. Our services include substance abuse counseling, life skills development, secondary education, transistional housing and transportation.
