Group home openings only $200.00 per bed.  Your monthly rent includes: free utilities, 55in TV w/Cable, an onsite house manager and a cook preparing 3 meals a day.  <br /> <br /> We have 6 openings in our 3 bdr single family dwelling.  Our house has been completely remodeled throughout; New Kitchen,full bath, new carpet and hardwood floors, New windows, a new laundry room with washer & dryer , air coolant, wall heater.  We have a front/back yard. This is in a quiet neighborhood w/ easy access to city's FAX public transportation.  <br />
