Class of Housing/Services: Section 8 permanent housing, affordable housing for veterans, elderly, students, minor disabilites, individuals overcoming sustance abuse, working poor and formerly homeless

General Information:
Project-based Section 8 permanent housing.  Sobriety must be for 90 days. For rental information, call 713.224.1414 Homeless single men and women only.  Clients must apply in person, Tuesday through Thursday, from 10 AM to 1 PM.  Must have verifiable income, valid picture ID, Social Security Card, and provide homeless documentation, such as an eviction notice. This 57-unit property has been a downtown historic residential landmark since 1925. Reopened 2010.
