Our mission is to offer excellent and affordable home health care, group homes, transistional housing, and community-based support services to homeless veterans and other deprived individuals and families of Northwest Ohio. We will ensure that each individual is cared for in a dignified, compassionate and professional manner so as to reach an optimal level of independence and aid them in re-acquiring the life skills and ability to live in the community while maintaining their self-sufficiency, dignity and honor.
