General Information:
CHOH provides prevention, education and support services through a continuum of care to individuals and families to achieve abstinence-based recovery while they re-earn their place in society. CHOH not only offers housing but also education and recovery support services in a structured environment. CHOH also provides the tools needed for employment and transportation to the employment. This program best suits the needs of non-violent persons released from incarceration, those recovering from drug or alcohol addiction, people who are tired of living the homeless lifestyle or anyone in need of a new start in life with nowhere to turn. CHOH currently offers services in several states, and is expanding the program to meet the needs of communities across the nation. There are program fees associated with this program.
