General Information:
The Succor Transitional Program, LLC (STP) is an organization dedicated to providing safe and supportive housing to people in need. STP helps those who are homeless, recently released from incarceration, struggling with substance abuse, struggling with life altering medical issues or simply having difficulty transitioning from one stage of life to another. 2323 Barclay St. is an 8 bed facility with cable TV and access to internet and computers. Computer literacy is a growing need in today’s workforce and STP aims to equip all clients with fundamental skills to be successful. Budget Management and Healthy Food Prep are just a couple of additional options available to our clients. We recognize the need to be self sufficient so we empower our clients to be successful by providing a safe environment with mental health, employment, and substance abuse supports. We at Succor Transitional Program recognize and appreciate the work you do for our community. Your dedication and care for your clients is paramount to their success. Difficulties arise when a client has such a strong supportive, therapeutic, and educational team during the day then return to an environment that perpetuates the negative behaviors. Succor Transitional Program, LLC would like to partner with you by providing a therapeutic environment where we can continue your efforts and increase chance of client success. Supportive Housing Programs that provide an alternative living arrangement for individuals who, because of age, disability, substance abuse, mental illness, chronic homelessness or other circumstances, are unable to live independently without care, supervision and/or support to help them in the activities of daily living; or who need access to case management, housing support, vocational, employment and other services to transition to independent living.
