General Information:
John Espinosa: care associate for CODAC transtional living program for Coconino and Yavapai counties. We provide housing assistance along with case management to help a member find employment, health services, establish Identifaction along other services for young adults Male or Female between the ages of 18 to 21. It is our hope that with a hand up a member will be able to find safe and secure housing along with living skills that will help them become independent. I can be reached at the above number Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
