General Information:
Our agency provides emergency confidential safe housing 24/7, as well as basic needs for women and children as they escape violence, emotional support, and a diversified range of services focused on safety, empowerment, and self-sufficiency. Through community partnerships, DCTS raises awareness, provides non-emergency  services, and educates community members about destructive behaviors. We are partnered with The Shepherds Inn to place homeless men. However, DCTS provides homeless individuals with assistance in finding placement.
