Affordable housing built in conjunction with Mercy Housing and the Lithonia housing authority. Office hours: Mondays through Fridays 8:30am - 5:30pm. This is NOT a homeless shelter. These are affordable apartments. Mercy Housing does not provide emergency housing or temporary housing.
