General Information:
Changing Lives Project, Inc Transitional Living Program (CLP) is a non-profit, community-based, organization committed to seeking solutions to end homelessness, youths at risk, and foster kids "aging out" of the system. Our goal, in coordination with other community agencies and organizations, is to intervene in the cycle. To meet the needs of the communities we serve, CLP provides comprehensive services through its emergency shelters, Boarding Homes, transitional shelter, and outreach program. All aspects of the services provided focus on prevention, education, advocacy and support.
