Harbor House is a special needs housing program, which offers refuge, care and a sense of structure and safety to the most difficult population in our community - those suffering from mental health and substance abuse issues. Our efforts have brought hope to many in our community by providing a positive, supportive housing environment, which includes, medical assistance, social support, and mental health counseling designed to guide their re-integration into the community.
