Provides income based Emergency Housing along with the other services listed below: Full list of services: - Emergency Assistance - Early Head Start - Educational Talent Search - Energy Assistance - Head Start - Weatherization Emergency assistance can take on many forms.  In most cases, it involves the need for food, shelter, utility assistance, medical assistance, clothing, transportation, and other basic needs.  Concerted Services, Inc. partners with federal, state, and local government entities, other public and private service providers, churches and other religious organizations, as well as other community partners to help meet emergency needs.
