General Information:
Permanent housing facility for persons with traumatic brain injuries and/or mobility impairments. Complex is made up of 25 one and two bedroom apartments. Applicants must meet HUD income requirements (low and very low income); be at least 18 years of age and capable of complying with all obligations of the house. Resident pays 30% of gross income for rent. There is a utility allowance and an allowance for certain medical costs.
