General Information:
Provides comprehensive case management services to transitional clientele from a homeless situation to self sufficiency. Assist homeless persons & families in obtaining needed services through coordination & linkage of services as well as providing financial assistance with exigent needs for shelter, food, etc. Clients must be at the office by 8 a.m. as a walk-in. Information and Referral services to assist those coming out of homeless shelters. Pay for housing while on waiting list.
