General Information:
Halfway House for Men. Adult men only. No sex offenders allowed. No offenders convicted of deadly weapons charges. Provides a faithbased, nondenominational supportive family atmosphere, encouraging residents to put their past behind them, to create a new future. The facility is staffed 24 hoursaday, 7 days a week. Residents are assisted in job placement as well as life skills such as managing a household budget, goal setting and homeownership possibilities. A monthly and one year plan is developed with a mentor upon arrival. Residents graduate from the program within 1 year Group Residential Housing eligibility available.

Halfway Housing helps transition individuals and families from shelters or homelessness to permanent housing. Length of stay is usually anywhere from 6 months to 2 years.  Residents are often required to pay at least 30% of their income toward program fees.  Sometimes the money they pay in fees is returned to them when they leave. Any emergency or homeless shelter that allows their clients to stay more then 6 months is also classified under this category.
