General Information:
Located in the Northern Ocean County Resource Center in Lakewood, Friendship Corner is a drop-in center developed to meet the recreational, social, and educational needs of boarding home residents by providing therapeutic recreational programming. It is open Monday through Friday between 1:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Activities include arts and crafts, games, films, exercises, guest speakers, current and cultural events, club meetings, field trips, monthly entertainment, the annual Boarding Home Festival, Christmas party and Thanksgiving dinner.
