Emergency Hotline: (800) 639-7233. Safeline Inc. is located in central Vermont, and serves domestic and sexual violence victims and survivors in Orange and Upper Windsor Counties. Safeline runs a 24 hour 7 day a week hotline, that provides support, information and referrals as well as in-person court, police and hospital advocacy.
