Emergency Hotline: (877) 543-9498. Provides an emergency domestic hotline, advocacy, shelter, emotional support, support groups, referrals. If you are fleeing from domestic violence, Circle can provide you and your family a safe and confidential shelter. Our shelter staff support both adult and child residents. We can help you define your safety needs and personal boundaries, process trauma, and work toward healing. We work closely with parents to strengthen their bond with their children, which may be strained or weakened when living with a manipulative or violent partner. In addition, staff can connect you with organizations that may help you with permanent housing, job training and employment, counseling, legal support, medical care, parenting support, and financial assistance.
