General Information:
Alameda House is a 15-bed transitional living facility that provides rehabilitative skills training and outpatient substance abuse treatment to adults with a priority population diagnosis of Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective, or Bipolar disorder and/or co-occurring substance use issues. Length of stay is 90 days. Eligibility: To qualify, a person must already be receiving services – working with a case manager / rehab specialist and receiving Level of Care (LOC) 3 or 4 services from Integral Care. Medicaid or other insurance is required. The facility is not able to serve persons who are registered sex offenders.
