General Information:
KARE Center Being safe, needing to stabilize, needing to detox, or just needing to be around people for a few days to start thinking clearer is important in mental health and substance abuse recovery. The KARE Center, an eleven-bed community based residential facility offers a safe haven with trained staff where an individual can get that relief. Working in conjunction with Adult Crisis to provide Chapter 34 Emergency Mental Health Services, the KARE Center is also a licensed residential intoxication monitoring service under Wisconsin HFS 75.09. Our goal is to provide short term stabilization in a cozy, safe environment while connecting individuals with the services and resources they will need once they leave our facility.
