Provides assistance for low-income individuals and families facing financial situations - Services include transportation assistance (gas cards and bus tokens), rent payment assistance (when funds are available), and bread and deli items - Limited funds available. Hours of Operation: Office hours 10 am - 12 Noon and 1 pm - 4 pm Monday - Thursday (NOTE: currently there is no 24 hour availability) Intake Procedure: Call for an appointment Intake Requirements / Documents Required: Cost: Eligibility Requirements: Anyone needing assistance in Eau Claire County; some programs have income guidelines
