Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Closed for lunch 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Stop by the office to pick up an application for public housing. For Public Housing, tenants have the opportunity to choose which type of rent they want to pay. Each tenant has the choice to pay rent based on their income or a flat rent option. If you choose to pay based on your income, your rent will be calculated at 30% of your montly adjusted income. If you choose the flat rent option, your rent will be based on the apartment size.
