HOUSING PROGRAMS Vancouver Housing Authority provides housing opportunities to those with barriers through a variety of  housing programs PUBLIC AND MANAGED HOUSING The VHA Public and Managed Housing programs are VHA-owned and managed properties that provide income-based housing assistance throughout Clark County, and includes housing opportunities for families, seniors, and special needs individuals. Information about VHA Public Housing is here. SECTION 8 The Section 8 Voucher programs include tenant and project based vouchers that provide income based housing assistance throughout the community. APPLICANTS Information for applicants, including how to apply and our Applicant Portal can be found here. PORTABILITY If you live out of the area and already have a Section 8 Voucher, you can use your voucher here through Portability.
