General Information:
The Covington Housing Authority (CHA) is responsible for assisting area residents in acquiring safe, sanitary and affordable housing units in the City of Covington. The Housing Authority's Housing Choice Voucher Program consists of 58 vouchers and assists low income families with rent payments based on income. Applications for the Housing Choice Voucher Program are accepted by appointment only. The CHA is also responsible for the provision of intake and administration of the City of Covington's Indoor Plumbing/Rehabilitation Program. Hours: Mondays through Fridays 8:30am - 5pm.
