Provides emergency food, commodities, utility assistance, rent or mortgage assistance, appliance repair or replacement, vehicle repair assistance, transitional housing, homeless and domestic violence shelters for those in need on a first-come, first-served basis. Transitional Housing Program Case managers assist eligible clients by working closely with them to develop a program that enrolls clients to transition from government assistance programs to financial independence.
