Eligibility: Homeless with dependent children or pregnant female over age of 18 & must be Indian River County resident for at least 90 days. Fees: Based on income Samaritan Center provides long-term transitional housing to the homeless families in Indian River County. While in residence, each family goes through a comprehensive, highly structured program that seeks to end their homelessness and reunite them with independent living in the community.
