General Information:
A community-wide agency offering programs dedicated to providing comprehensive services to men, women, and children who are homeless, hungry and needy. Provides meal program, health care, clothing department, job training, placement opportunities, transitional and emergency housing, education and advocacy services to help the homeless improve their way of life. Hours 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Daily; Meals, Lunch 11:00am-11:45am,Dinner 4:00pm-4:30pm, Snack at 2:30pm. Fees may apply for this Transitional Housing resource. The transition is to help them be more self sufficient to move towards independent living on their own. Transitional housing locations are oftentimes called Halfway Houses. The naming of the two (Halfway House OR Transitional House) is oftentimes interchangeable.
