Assists youth 17-22 that are aging out foster care in drafting a "Future's Plan" which includes vocational, educational, social, psychological, behavioral,spiritual, and personal goals. Transitioning youth are educated and given career path training, assistance in acquiring affordable housing, leadership skills and independent living skills.
