Transitional Programs HomeAgain operates two transitional programs: the Veteran’s Transitional Program and the Family INRICH Program. The Veteran’s Transitional Program is located on the grounds of the Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center.  This program is a partnership with the Veteran’s Administration and serves single male Veterans who are experiencing a housing crisis. The INRICH program serves families of any composition (for example, single mom, single dad, multi-generational family).  Shelter is provided in apartments located in the Richmond Region and children receive services by a certified Child Services Coordinator. All Transitional Program participants receive housing focused case management and services to identify and address their barriers to permanent housing.  Households are connected to resources in the community so they can continue to be accessed once the household moves on to permanent housing. Permanent Supportive Housing HomeAgain’s Permanent Supportive Housing Program (PSH)  provides a long-term rental subsidy and case management services to eligible families. Eligible families must meet the HUD definition of homeless and disability. Families are housed throughout the Greater Richmond area and receive necessary services in the community.
