General Information:
If you are at risk of losing your housing and becoming homeless, HAPHousing’s Housing Consumer Education Center (HCEC) can provide a variety of information and assistance. In order for us to properly help you, download an Assessment Form (en Español). Please make sure you accurately and fully answer all questions that apply to you. We encourage you to meet with an HCEC counselor to review your Assessment Form. We can better assess your needs if we meet with you in person. A counselor is available Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 12pm in our Springfield office and on Mondays from 1pm to 4pm in our Northampton office. If you would like to meet with a counselor and cannot come during these hours, contact us by email or call HCEC at 413-233-1600 or toll free at 1-800-332-9667 x1600 or TTY 413-233-1699 to make an appointment.
