As of 11/9/2018 Currently the Waiting List for the Housing Choice Voucher Program is CLOSED in our area (Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Stafford, King George, Caroline and Fauquier Counties). APPLICATIONS ARE NOT BEING ACCEPTED. The housing choice voucher program (previously Section 8) is a HUD/VHDA funded program that provides monthly rental assistance for applicants who qualify.
