General Information:
Must be an Anoka County Resident Multifamily Housing provides residents with comfortable, affordable housing. Individuals and families are not able to achieve their goals in life if they don’t have a place to call home; live in an unhealthy or unsafe environment; are continually at risk of losing their housing due to the high costs; or have to sacrifice other necessities on order to pay for housing. ACCAP’s Multifamily Housing removes these obstacles to success. ACCAP has single family homes and a variety of town homes throughout Anoka County in addition to apartment buildings Income required. Rent is 30% of income. Must meet with case worker. Agency has 6 units of transitional housing. Time limit is about 2 years.

Transitional housing is affordable supportive housing designed to provide housing and appropriate support services to persons who are homeless or who are close to homelessness.
