General Information:
ECHO's Rental Assistance Program assists Livermore and Pleasanton renters with move-in costs or delinquent rent due to a temporary financial setback.  The RAP program helps by arranging a guaranteed repayment contract between the tenant and the landlord. ECHO staff also processes emergency grant applications who are eligible and have three-day notices or need move-in funds. If you live in Livermore or Pleasanton, and need assistance with paying a security deposit or delinquent rent, contact ECHO Housing at 855-ASK-ECHO.
