General Information:
This is not a shelter, this is affordable housing apartments for those who qualify.   TND leases 346 units apartments for working families and those with limited incomes. All of our units are located in Chelsea and Revere’s downtown neighborhoods. More apartments are in construction and will become available in 2016. TND provides well-maintained and affordable units. All of our apartments have modern kitchens and baths, most are newly renovated or newly constructed, and we have an excellent property management company who provides maintenance and leasing services on our behalf. We offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units, for households with a range of incomes, including those with very limited incomes.
