Gilman Housing Trust, Inc. (GHT) is a rural regional housing non-profit organization providing service in the three Counties of the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, Orleans, Essex, and Caledonia. The mission of Gilman Housing Trust is to create and preserve sustainable, quality, affordable housing choices, increase home ownership and housing opportunities, and to facilitate community economic development in the Northeast Kingdom.
