Hours: Monday   8:30 am – 12:00 pm Wednesday 2:30 pm – 6:00 pm Thursday  5:00 pm – 8:30 pm COTS offers help and hope to homeless persons in Sonoma County by providing safe shelter and housing, helping people develop steady incomes and helping them get back under a roof of their own. We provide a wide range of services that prevent and break the cycle of homelessness for children, families, and adults.  Our mission is to provide support that allows everyone who comes to us for help to transform their lives and get back under a roof of their own. We do this by:     Meeting a basic human need for safety, security, food, and reliable shelter.     Transforming lives through case management and counseling designed to to establish income, rebuild credit, and obtain housing search skills.     Housing assistance that teaches the practical life skills necessary to find housing — for good.
