General Information:
Crystal Brook provides permanent affordable housing for families who earn less than 55% of the Area Median Income for Mesa County. Families must pay at least 20% of their income towards rent, but no more then 40%. Family size determines the income requirements of the tenant. Apartments are not available to full-time students. The building consists of one to four-bedroom apartments. Six units are ADA accessible.
