General Information:
The T Street Cooperative Living Program is a 9 room Victorian home for mental health consumers who are diagnosed with HIV+ or AIDS and are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Residents pay $380 per month toward rent. Rental fees include a single room, utilities, common area resident phone, laundry facilities and transporation assistance. A criminal background check is required. Individuals with a violent felony or sex offence cannot enter this program.
