Bell Park Tower provides subsidized housing for citizens' (individuals and couples) age 62 or older that meet income requirements. All apartments are ADA certified and include complete kitchens. The complex also offers: - A free laundry room - A community room - Meals - Free exercise classes Residents pay 30% of their adjusted gross income toward rent.
