General Information:
The St. Anne Residence provides permanent affordable housing for seniors age 62 and older. Regarding couples, at least one spouse must meet the age requirement. Maximum annual household income is $17,100 for one person and $19,500 for two persons. Rent is based on income and never exceeds 30% of household income (electric bill included). The building consists of 23 one-bedroom units, which are wheelchair accessible and complete with full kitchens. There is a community room for socializing. The facility also includes elevator access and a central laundry room.
